The Foundation strives to promote an awareness of the common values lying behind diversity through its fellowships programmes for individuals who are principally from the Jewish, Christian and Islamic traditions.

The Foundation supports and educates leaders who can bring about better understanding among religious traditions and cultures. These Individuals will be encouraged to follow a study programme which will increase their knowledge of religious traditions different from their own. At the same time, they will also pursue the study of human rights and responsibilities.

They should then be able to oppose misunderstandings, stereotypes and intolerance within their communities, thus helping the genuine understanding which is fundamental to living and working together for a just and peaceful society.
